Section 04Account Registration & Verification

Each individual player may hold only one active account on the uv777 platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

4.1 Registration Information

When registering for an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number and email address. You are obligated to keep this information up to date at all times. uv777 accepts no liability for issues arising from inaccurate or outdated registration information provided by a player.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

uv777 may request identity verification documents at any stage of your account lifecycle — including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or in response to suspicious account activity. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence, together with recent proof of address. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified in our request may be suspended until verification is successfully completed.

4.3 Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. uv777 will never contact you via any channel to request your password. Any activity performed on the platform while your account is logged in is your sole responsibility. Section 05Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits on uv777 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and ৳500 for bank transfer methods. Deposits made via mobile wallets are credited to the player's uv777 account instantly upon successful transaction confirmation. uv777 does not charge any platform-side fee on standard deposits; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply its own transaction fees which are outside uv777's control.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Players must withdraw to the same payment method used for their most recent qualifying deposit, up to the amount deposited via that method. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. uv777 processes the majority of withdrawal requests within one to three hours for mobile wallet methods during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day. uv777 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard payouts; processing fees imposed by third-party payment providers are the player's responsibility.

5.3 Currency & Exchange

All player account balances, bets, and transactions are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). uv777 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion required before a deposit reaches the uv777 platform is the player's responsibility and will be subject to the exchange rates applied by the player's payment provider.

5.4 Refused Transactions

uv777 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction that it reasonably suspects to be connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any violation of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, uv777 may freeze the relevant funds pending investigation and may report the matter to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

Section 06Bonuses & Promotions

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions offered on the uv777 platform:

• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier is stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.

Section 07Betting Rules & Game Rules

All bets placed on the uv777 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the product type selected — sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, crash games, or multi-bet accumulators. 7.1 Sports Betting

Cricket markets including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international Bangladesh Tigers fixtures are governed by standard sports betting rules. In-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement confirmation. uv777 reserves the right to suspend betting markets, void bets, or correct obvious pricing errors without notice. In the event of an event cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, settlement rules specific to the relevant sport apply as published on the platform.

7.2 Casino Games

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading on sporting events, or any form of corruption relating to the outcomes on which bets are placed.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or platform employees to gain an unfair advantage.

uv777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, chargebacks, or conduct that uv777 in its sole discretion considers harmful to the platform or other players.

Upon account termination for breach of these Terms & Conditions, uv777 may retain any balance in the account as damages or as security pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, the remaining real-money balance (excluding active bonus funds) will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method following completion of all applicable verification requirements.
